We design and develop engaging eLearning experiences using frameworks such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) and pedagogical foundations based on methodologies like Bloom’s Taxonomy. We collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex information into interactive, accessible, and visually appealing learning materials using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Genially, Canva Pro, and Vyond.

Alex Ruano
I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist and Founder of AUX360 Studio, with proven expertise in talent development, organizational training, and customer experience. Recognized for my strategic mindset, effective communication, and emotional intelligence, I excel at leading continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, enhance performance, and foster positive, human-centered work environments.
My background in psychology has been essential to understanding the psychology of interaction—both human-to-human and human-to-virtual agent. This insight allows me to bridge the emotional and behavioral aspects of communication in the workplace and in digital environments, ensuring that technology enhances—rather than replaces—the human connection.
I apply this understanding in content development, recruitment for high-touch roles, and requirements design for Product and IT teams, helping them shape UI/UX experiences that feel authentic, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent.
